What I learn today

Things that I should remember to have a good people as my down line.

WILLING is a powerful word

1. regardless of their age there is always an opportunity to learn something new.

2.make them realize that they will benefit during the learning process.

3.dont let the situation in your view point if they dont want to learn for it will frustrate you.

4. create a way to make them want to learn

5. help them realize what they want.
